Refund policy

All sales are final. Due to the limited nature of our drops and preorder items, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Preorder Items
Items marked as “PREORDER” are made after the order is placed. By purchasing a preorder item, you agree to the stated production and shipping timeline listed on the product page. Orders cannot be canceled or refunded due to production or shipping time.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We only replace items if they arrive damaged or if the wrong item was sent. To be eligible, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide clear photo evidence of the issue. If approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Sizing
Please review all size charts before placing your order. We are not responsible for sizing issues and do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing.

Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
